Fractional CTO.

Expert technical leadership when you need it — without the cost of a $250K–$350K full-time CTO. I embed with your team to own architecture, hiring, and AI strategy.

Making $100K+ technical decisions with no senior gut-check.
Hiring developers with no one senior to evaluate them.
A stack that was "good enough to launch" is now holding you back.
You know you need AI, but not where to start.

    / 04 FAQ

    Questions founders ask.

How is a Fractional CTO different from a consultant?
I embed. I join your standups, review your pull requests, sit in on hiring, and own technical decisions alongside you. A consultant delivers a report and leaves; a fractional CTO stays accountable for the outcome.
I already have developers — why do I need a CTO?
Developers build features. A CTO decides what to build, how to architect it, and who to hire. Those are different jobs, and getting the second one wrong is far more expensive than getting a feature wrong.
What if we outgrow the fractional model?
That is the goal. As you scale, I help you define the role, source candidates, and onboard a full-time CTO — then I step back. The engagement is built to make itself unnecessary.
    Do you write code?
When it is needed, yes. But my highest-value work is architecture, strategy, and team — making sure the code your engineers write is the right code, built the right way.
We are in a different timezone — does that work?
Yes. I work across the Americas and run engagements async-first, with a daily written cadence and scheduled live time where it matters.
